UVERworld's last physical single release was 2024's MMH & PHOENIX which both were released on the same day .
Promo wise , EVER was chosen as the theme song for TV Tokyo's coverage of Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 .
Before the physical release of EVER , the A-side was 1st released digitally on 4th Feb .
UVERworld has added in another great song to their music discography . Before finding out what EVER was used in promo wise it's quite evident it's something sports related with how it sounds .
I like how empowering EVER is & it does not surprise me that TV Tokyo used it for their Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 coverage .
That said hopefully EVER will not be the last new release from UVERworld in 2026 .

Hanikami is Hey ! Say ! JUMP's 36th single which was released on 11th Feb .
Hey ! Say ! JUMP's 1st new release of 2026 , Hanikami was chosen to promote ABC TV/TV Asahi drama 50 Funkan no Koibito starring member Inoo Kei .
Before Hanikami's physical CD release , the A-side was 1st released digitally last month on 26th Jan .
The following songs served as B-sides in Hanikami :
- traveler ; chosen to promote NTV's Burari Tochuu Gesha no Tabi
Described as a relaxing number with the message that we should take a detour every once in a while & travel through life true to ourselves
- Sekirara (CD Only Track)
- Heartbeat (CD Only Track)
Hey ! Say ! JUMP's 36th single Hanikami is the theme song for the TV drama 50 Funkan no Koibito starring member Inoo Kei & Matsumoto Honoka . The love song weaves together bright sounds with gentle lyrics that capture the feeling of unrequited love .
Hot on the release of after releasing their 12th album S say last late Nov in comes Hey ! Say ! JUMP's latest release offering in the form of Hanikami .
On 1st listen Hanikami feels & sounds like DEAR MY LOVER 2.0 which's not necessary a bad thing but considering Hanikami was released a few days before Valentine's Day , it's very much occasion approriate .
B-sides wise I thought traveler is a standout as it's something that puts me in a good mood when I heard it while the other 2 B-side songs I only find them ok for my liking .
It'll be interesting to see if Hey ! Say ! JUMP's next music release will it be a new studio album as in recent years their music release format has been 1 single preceding a new album so I will not be surprised if they will continue this path but I very much would welcome another new physical single release if possible .

SPYAIR's last physical single release was 2024's Ao .
Promo wise , Kill the Noise was chosen to promote the anime Yuusha-kei ni Shosu: Choubatsu Yuusha 9004-tai Keimu Kiroku .
Before Kill the Noise was physically released on Wed , the A-side was 1st released digitally last month on 15th Jan .
A video was made for Kill the Noise but it's not included in the physical release of the single .
Kill the Noise is 1 of the more darker songs SPYAIR released to date but the moment I 1st heard it I already like it on 1st listen as it straightaway grabs my attention as compared to other songs SPYAIR has put out .
SPYAIR will release their 7th studio album RE-BIRTH next month on 18th March & Kill the Noise will make the cut in their long awaited album as track 5 .
