Promo wise , SUMMER LION was chosen to be used as the opening theme no. for the TV Tokyo Drama NEXT drama Hidamari ga Kikoeru .
To say SUMMER LION is empowering & uplifting is an understatement as this's how you make a great Summer inspired song .
The fact that SUMMER LION is only flumpool's 3rd Summer inspired song in their discography after Natsu Dive & Natsu yo Tomenaide ~You're Romantic~ , that says a lot & in a way I'm glad this happens because to me this shows that they view quality over quantity .
SUMMER LION is definitely a song worth listening to during the current Summer time .
Promo wise , Aurora was chosen to be the official theme song to promote the video game Azur Lane which marks its 7th anniversary since its launch in 2017 .
Aurora depicts the beautiful aurora encountered after overcoming difficulties .
To say that Aurora is very different from ayumi's previous digital released song BYE-BYE is an understatement . In this case , this medium-tempo rock tune explores themes of overcoming adversity to witness a stunning aurora .
It reminds to be seen if BYE-BYE & Aurora will be the only 2 new songs ayumi will released this year . But no matter what , I await for ayumi's future new music release(s) .

UVERworld's 2nd single release of the year comes in about 3 months+ since the release of their previous single Eye's Sentry .
Promo wise , MEMORIES of the End promoted the drama ACMA:GAME Akuma Game & the drama version of the song was released digitally on 9th April .
UVERworld's latest single MEMORIES of the End was used as the theme song for the popular NTV drama ACMA: GAME starring Mamiya Shotaro . The band sings of love & bonds in the classic rock ballad .
When the drama version of MEMORIES of the End was released digitally back in April , I do like it even though I found it really short . Turns out the full version of the song is almost 7 mins long .
That said , MEMORIES of the End is something I enjoy . UVERworld seldom release ballads as single songs & it's a nice change for them to release something which music style wise they're not known for .
UVERworld's music is always not easy to get into & it's a surprise that what they've released this year so far , I enjoy them considerably .
